Description
CAU Digital is the new CAU/BR system for all architecture and urban planning professionals across Brazil. The new system was born with a clear mission to provide with quality all the services necessary to support the country's profession, from improvements in UX, to improved infrastructure technologies to a new code built from scratch.

Create end-to-end product design for CAU/BR (Council of Architecture and Urbanism of Brazil), covering user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design aligned with business goals and user needs.
CAU/BR provides various services to architects and urban planners across Brazil, and it was a huge challenge to establish what would be an ideal MVP. Then we apply several methods (RICE, Impact/Effort, MoSCoW...) to guide data-driven design decisions. However, we managed to reach a conclusion and launch a first version for testing in an internal beta testing program.
I created and coordinated a beta testing program for the new system, carrying out moderated and unmoderated tests, collecting and analyzing data to make progress in development and return to the testing cycle with the public.
Created the complete UX/UI prototype for the MVP and supported the development process until launch. Collaborated with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions within deadlines.
